    Office Manager

    This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Management or admin professional with the drive to grow and develop their career to join our successful business.

    Duties:

    • Office Operations Management: Overseeing daily office activities and ensuring efficient administrative processes
    • Administration & Records: Managing office systems, documentation, and accurate record keeping
    • Point of Contact: Acting as the main contact for staff, customers, and suppliers
    • Project Coordination: Working closely with our customers, suppliers and internal teams, in progressing enquiries and provide accurate and professional guide/support on project implementation
    • Compliance Support: Assisting with company policies and industry compliance requirements where required
    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment, inductions, and onboarding of new employees
    • HR Administration: Assist with absence management, holiday tracking, and HR queries
    • Employee Relations: Promote positive employee engagement and support the management team with people matters
    • KPI Management: Create and monitor KPIs across departments
    • Training Coordination: Organise staff training, including compliance and refresher programmes

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong academic background in Business Admin/Management or related courses
    • Previous experience in an Office/HR management or senior administrative role
    • Experience with staff support and general documentation
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Proven ability to coordinate project activities
    • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and office management systems
    • A proactive, professional, and supportive approach to work
    • Ability to work effectively with teams across different functions
    • Enjoy taking ownership of your role and responsibilities
    • Be conscientious, reliable and accurate in your work
