Responsibilities

• Attending to walk-in customers
• Keeping track of clients & transaction records
• Answering phone calls & responding to emails
• Typing documents
• Scheduling meetings & appointments
• General administrative duties.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification in Accounting or any Social Science discipline
• 3 - 5 years work experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Must be a Female
• 38 - 45 years old
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in the use of office equipment (Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, etc)
• Must reside in or around Ologuneru.
