    Office Assistant

    JOB SUMMARY

    A reputable organization in the Oil & Gas sector requires suitable candidates for this position. He/she will be responsible for handling calls and managing the office filing system.

    • Minimum Qualification: Ordinary National Diploma
    • Experience Level: Entry
    • Experience Length: No experience required
    • Resident in Abuja/Willing to relocate

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing filing system
    • Recording information as needed
    • Receiving clients and visitors into the organization, where required
    • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
    • Organizing the office and assistingsenior colleagues in ways that optimize productivity
    • Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
    • Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy, and validity of information
    • Scheduling and planning of meetings and appointments
    • Monitoringthe level of office supplies, and ensuring zero out of stock scenarios
    • Reporting office-related malfunctions to the appropriate department, and responding to requests or issues from senior colleagues.
    • General clerical duties

    JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

    • OND in any field
    • Resident in Abuja
    • Must be computer literate and social media savvy.
    • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
    • Working knowledge of office equipment
    • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
