    Office Assistant

    Locations: Maiduguri and Jere, Borno

    Overview

    • The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsibilities include communication handling, scheduling, filing, supplies management, visitor support, document preparation, data entry, and general office support.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A secondary school certificate or diploma is required, with basic computer skills and prior administrative experience preferred.
