Office Assistant / Cleaner
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Secondary School (SSCE)
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Janitorial Services
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Making copies and scanning of documents according to the needs of the office.
- Assist in setting up of office equipment for meetings/ workshops/seminars.
- Dispatching both internal and external communications.
- Assist in monitoring the stock level of toiletries, stationeries and other office supplies.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office filing system.
- Mopping of floors and cleaning window panes at resumption & close of work and when necessary.
- Sweeping and dusting of the offices.
- Keeping all items clean such as hand towels, napkins, teacups
- Keeping the office vicinity clean at all times.
- Carry out routine checks for dirts during working hours.
- Keeping the toilets/rest rooms clean at all times.
- Serving of refreshments during meetings, workshops and seminars.
- Assist with the Procurement of toiletries, stationeries and other office supplies.
- Ensure safe and healthy work environment and proper use and up-keep of company property.
Job Qualifications
- SSCE / GCE / NECO
- Experience: 2 - 3 years.
