Office Assistant at Bave Design Studio

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the office and warehouse.
• Assist with offloading incoming shipments.
• Move, arrange and properly store products.
• Keep display shelves neat and fully stocked.
• Support the Inventory team with product replenishment and organisation.
• Report damaged products, equipment or unsafe areas promptly.
• Assist with authorised errands and other general operational duties.
• Handle company products, equipment and supplies responsibly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an office, warehouse, retail store or similar environment is an advantage.
• Physically capable of lifting cartons, moving products and remaining active during working hours.
• Punctual, honest, responsible and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively with a team. 
• Neat appearance and good personal conduct.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the location
• Available to resume work immediately/on specified date.
