    Off-Trade Leader - Premium Spirit

    About the Job

    • Main responsibility is to lead the day-to-day deployment and execution of all product and brand marketing strategies including driving innovations in-trade across categories while managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
    • He will be responsible for executing Sales Drivers Activities (Distribution, Visibility, Promotion, Quality, Persuasion) to ensure sell-in and sell-out, visibility of products within niche channels.

    Your New Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit relevant and retain existing Premium Spirit customers within assigned territory / region.
    • Effective selling and negotiation with customers (new products, distribution, etc.).
    • Builds alliances with key cooperating departments through common routines (Pr. Spirits Customer Marketing & Sales Managers).
    • Continuously improves processes and exploits growth opportunities in the market that will bring better results at lower cost
    • Ensures achievement of new launches targets in own region / territory and contributes to total team results
    • Sets and manages daily outlet visit plan based on routing and frequently runs the commercial surveys, analyzes market demand and potential
    • Evaluates Sales performance and sets daily targets with Off-trade Manager
    • Involves internal stakeholders in the Off-Trade Knowledge Programs
    • Contributes to the capability development of off trade sales team by sharing knowledge and expertise
    • Leads the market development of area / customer of responsibility (volume, growth, revenue, market share, etc.) & achieves KBls
    • Manages the budget within agreed guidelines and ensures responsible allocation of DME

    Education / Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree plus 7+ years in sales / marketing experience in a consumer goods environment, preferably in Spirits / Beverage Alcohol industry
    • Demonstrated experience in developing, executing and managing brand plans.
    • Experience successfully building and leading a high performing team.
