Occupational Health Nurse at Reddington Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments.
• Administer first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy workforce.
• Assess workplace environments and practices to identify health hazards.
• Provide counseling and education on health issues, including injury prevention and stress management.
• Collaborate with management to develop occupational health and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Support the rehabilitation and reintegration of injured employees back into the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license and certification in occupational health.
• Experience in occupational health, public health, or emergency nursing.
• Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
