• We are looking for smart, proactive, and career-driven NYSC corps members to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, business development, and administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews
• Conduct research on job roles and industries
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist in managing company emails and calendars
• Follow up with candidates and clients professionally
• Maintain recruitment databases and records

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc Degree or HND from a recognized institution
• Currently serving or about to begin NYSC
• Posted in Lagos or willing to relocate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask
• Must reside around Ogudu and its axis
• Previous experience in HR, customer service, administration, or sales is an advantage.
