Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry and filing.
• Assist in processing employee requests regarding policies, employee benefits, and leave administration.
• Support in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Must be a serving NYSC corps member and a female
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
