    • Preparation of Incorporation documents for companies seeking to do business in Nigeria, preparation of other post-incorporation documents.
    • Drafting Letters, writing legal opinions
    • Responding to Correspondences.
    • Drafting Proposals and conducting legal research.
    • Preparation of Legal Agreements
