Job Summary

• Fortics Lifecare Limited is recruiting qualified, experienced, and passionate healthcare professionals and support staff for its new hospital centre located in Agric, Ikorodu, Lagos State.
• We are seeking competent individuals who are committed to excellent patient care, professionalism, teamwork, and service delivery.
• The Nurse will provide quality patient care, support clinical procedures, administer prescribed treatments, monitor patients, and maintain accurate nursing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing and patient records.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and relatives on appropriate care.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
• Ensure proper handover and continuity of care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.

Requirements

• CHEW or Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years post-clinical experience.
• Valid professional licence where applicable.
• Good clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, disciplined, and patient-focused.
