RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the supervision of the activities of NOC operators.
• Responsible for management 2nd level escalation and ensure faults are resolved with agreed SLA
• Responsible for generation of network performance reports as required and reporting to line manager
• Responsible for generation of field performance reports, response and neutralization reports.
• Responsible for reconciliation of reports from NOC team and Customers.
• Ensure all established NOC processes, policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all time
• Ensure TTs are created, updated and reported to customer and management timely in accordance to established NOC processes
• Ensure all customers’ requests/escalations are acknowledged, treated and updated accordingly and timely.
• Ensure proper handover is done by the NOC operators daily to avoid any gap
• Responsible for generation of work schedule for NOC operators
• Responsible for training and development of NOC operators

QUALIFICATION

• HND or University degree in Engineering related discipline 
• Solid organization and time-management skills
• Team spirit
• Analystical skills
