Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Engineer at Bayshore Technologies in Lagos.
• The NOC Engineer will be responsible for network operations center tasks, network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and network security on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support expertise
• Knowledge of Network Security and alarms
• Experience in managing and monitoring network infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
