Night Auditor at Domeo Resources International (DRI)

Main Function

• The Night Auditor oversees overnight hotel front-office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety awareness, and accurate financial reconciliation.
• This role combines guest service responsibilities with auditing duties to maintain operational continuity and service standards during nighttime hours.

Role Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Night Service Support
• Provide warm and professional service to guests throughout the night
• Handle late arrivals, early departures, and special guest requests efficiently
• Resolve guest concerns with a calm and service-oriented approach
• Night Operations Support
• Support smooth overnight front-office operations
• Monitor lobby and hotel activity while maintaining awareness of guest needs
• Conduct routine check of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and proper ambience
• Liaise with relevant departments where necessary
• Financial & Audit Responsibilities
• Complete daily financial audit procedures
• Balance revenue, payments, room charges, and reports
• Verify accuracy of postings, transactions, and PMS records
• Prepare night audit summaries and handover reports
• Administration & Reporting
• Prepare incident reports, operational logs, and guest feedback documentation
• Update reservations, guest profiles, and billing details as required
• Ensure proper completion and filing of audit and duty records
• Safety & Security Awareness
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures
• Report incidents or safety concerns appropriately
• Support response processes during overnight situations when required

Qualifications and Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Additional certification in hotel operations or financial auditing is an advantage

Experience:

• 3–5 years experience in hotel front office operations
• Night audit experience preferred
• Experience working with hotel PMS systems and night audit procedures
