    • Coordinate logistics for all programs including venue management, materials preparation, and participant communication
    • Track program outcomes, gather feedback, and produce impact reports for stakeholders
    • Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
    • Build and maintain a database of participants, mentors, and partners
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all program activities

Social Media & Publicity Strategy (40%)

    • Develop and execute Digital Women Africa's social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
    • Create content briefs and calendars aligned with program activities, impact stories, and community engagement goals
    • Brief and coordinate with Fernhill Digital's creative team for content production (Reels, graphics, videos, etc.)
    • Manage community engagement including responding to messages, comments, and inquiries
    • Identify compelling stories from participants and programs to feature across platforms
    • Build relationships with media partners and secure coverage for Digital Women Africa initiatives
    • Track social media metrics and adjust strategy based on performance data
    • Oversee posting schedules and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
    • Identify and leverage partnership opportunities for expanded reach

    Required Qualifications

    Experience & Skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or project coordination
    • Proven track record managing events, training programs, or community initiatives
    • Strong social media strategy experience with demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences
    • Experience briefing creative teams and managing content production processes
    • Excellent copywriting and communication skills for crafting content briefs and messaging
    • Experience working with NGOs, social enterprises, or community-focused organizations preferred
    • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and deadline management

    Technical Competencies:

    • Proficiency in Zoho suite (CRM, Connect, Projects) or similar project management tools
    • Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
    • Familiarity with content scheduling tools
    • Data analysis skills for program evaluation and social media reporting
    • Ability to write clear creative briefs and provide constructive feedback on content

    Personal Attributes:

    • Deep passion for women's empowerment and social impact work
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build systems from scratch
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort building relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Self-starter who takes ownership and requires minimal supervision
    • Strategic thinker who can connect day-to-day execution with long-term vision
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    • Strong editorial eye for identifying compelling stories and messaging opportunities

    What Makes You Successful Here

    • You're a Systems Builder:You don't just execute programs. You create frameworks that can scale. You document processes, build templates, and think about how things can run smoothly even when you're not in the room. You understand that sustainable impact requires infrastructure, not just good intentions.
    • You Balance Strategy with Execution:You're comfortable thinking big picture while managing the details. You can develop a six-month content strategy one day and coordinate event logistics the next. You know when to delegate and when to roll up your sleeves, and you move seamlessly between both modes.
    • You're a Natural Storyteller:You see the narrative potential in every program, every participant journey, every milestone. You instinctively know what will resonate on social media and can translate real-world impact into compelling digital content. You don't need to create the content yourself, but you know exactly what story needs to be told and how to brief others to bring it to life.
    • You Take Ownership Without Waiting for Permission:You identify what needs to happen and make it happen. When you see a gap, you fill it. When something isn't working, you fix it. You bring solutions, not just problems, and you're comfortable making decisions within your domain without constant oversight.
    • You Build Relationships That Matter:You understand that partnerships are built on trust, consistent communication, and mutual value. You're equally comfortable managing corporate sponsors, coordinating with community facilitators, and engaging with participants on WhatsApp. You adapt your communication style while maintaining professional standards.
    • You're Data-Informed but Mission-Driven:You track metrics and let them guide your decisions, but you never lose sight of why the work matters. You can present impact reports to sponsors while staying deeply connected to the human stories behind the numbers. You know when the data is telling you to pivot and when to stay the course.
    • You Thrive in Ambiguity:You're building something from the ground up, which means there isn't always a playbook. You're energized rather than paralyzed by open-ended challenges. You can create structure where none exists and remain flexible when plans need to change.
