New Product Development Team Member (Cosmetics) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• This team will play a vital role in driving the success of their product portfolio within the cosmetics market by ensuring product visibility, awareness, and usage at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and educate shop and salon staff on new and existing cosmetic SKUs
• Ensure consistent availability, visibility, and awareness of products at retail and salon locations
• Conduct in-store / salon demos and training sessions on product usage
• Monitor product performance and collect on-ground feedback for continuous improvement
• Handle delivery of products to individual shops and salons as required
• Work closely with sales and marketing to support product launches and promotions
• Maintain accurate records of visits, training sessions, and product placements

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Experience in the cosmetics, beauty sector preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned areas
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-oriented.
