Network Support Engineer at Zeta-Web Nigeria Limited

Key Duties

• Primary objective is the support on-prem data center environment. (Cisco ACI specifically)
• Take complete ownership of Cisco ACI environment from day one.
• Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.
• Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.
• Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
• Configuration, installation, maintenance and lifecycles planning of various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN etc. .).
• Developing WAN infrastructure solutions that meet or exceed business performance expectations.

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years practical Experience
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Enterprise grade CISCO ACI- MUST HAVE 
• Design/implementation/administration experience in complex environments.
• Desire to maintain full hands-on status.
• Experience running and managing carrier-grade networks beneficial.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability
