    Network Operations Lead

    Job Brief & Responsibilities

    • The Position requires a high level of General Technical Knowledge in Networking and Technical Communication.
    • An Excellent requisite skills as a contact Centre Engineer
    • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improve and implement changes on the Network environment.
    • Proactive health, Capacity, failover planning, lifecycle management and obsolescence management on the core Network.
    • Responsible for supporting and managing Network Policy, Troubleshooting incidents and working with deployment teams.
    • Day to day operational functions related to the Network.
    • Provide Support for full lifecycle management of Network Devices.
    • General Supervision, Plans, conduct and establishes a technical vision for assignments.
