Network Infrastructure Manager at Soft Alliance & Resources Limited

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for a Network Infrastructure Manager.
• The Network Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of SoftAlliance's network infrastructure.
• They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal network performance and security.

The job description includes but is not limited to the following;

• Provide technical guidance and support.
• manage the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
• Ensure network reliability, availability, and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions to enhance infrastructure performance and efficiency.
• Oversee and manage smart infrastructure components, including IoT devices, sensors, and other connected technology.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues and implement solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation related to network and infrastructure activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on the status of network and smart infrastructure initiatives.

• Network Security and Infrastructure skills
• Network Design skills
• Experience managing and maintaining complex network infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in network administration or security are a plus
• Cisco CCNP Certification.
• Huawei Network Certification
• SIEM, FIM, Firewall, IDS, SDN & SDWAN.
• CCIE or HCIE will be an advantage
