Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in core networking principles, network implementation, and support. A strong understanding of routing and switching protocols is essential, along with proficiency in managing fiber infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other networking devices.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and expansions.
• Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate measures.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding network-related issues.
• Conduct regular audits of network systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in network design, implementation, and support.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
• Familiarity with fiber optic infrastructure and its configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
