We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Technical Support Officer to support the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within the NetSuite ERP platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to build robust SuiteScripts, integrations, workflows, and automation that supports core business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within NetSuite.
Develop, test, and deploy custom scripts (SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1), workflows, and integrations.
Customize forms, dashboards, and saved searches.
Support data migration and system integration efforts (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time.
Assist in system upgrades and performance tuning.
Document technical specifications, customizations, and changes.
Work within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies as required.
Ensure alignment with NetSuite best practices and version compatibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
