- MBBS / MBChB qualification
- NYSC Discharge or exemption Certificate
- Fellowship Certificate from the West African College or National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria
- Current Practice License from the medical and dental council of Nigeria
- Certificate of full registration from the MDCN
