National Sales Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 7 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Job Requirement
- Draw up an effective sales and marketing plan for the company and aggressively pursued.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, market trends in the FMCG industry.
- Help sales team to meet their target.
- Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Measure performance and analyses variance.
- Develop new channels of business
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading a sales & marketing team preferably in the FMCG sector.
- First degree in marketing or related discipline
- Strategic / persuasive approach to business development
- A result-oriented person.
- Commercial awareness and a sound understanding of the business environment.
