Job Description

• The Multi-Disciplined Inspectors will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of inspection activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in non-destructive testing (NDT) and piping inspection, coupled with advanced rope access supervision capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead rope access inspection teams, ensuring strict adherence to IRATA safety protocols and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive API 570 Piping Inspections, including in-service and out-of-service assessments, damage mechanism identification, and remaining life calculations.
• Perform advanced NDT inspections using ISO9712 Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Testing (MT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) techniques.
• Interpret inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to develop inspection plans and schedules.
• Ensure all inspection equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 Supervisor certification is mandatory.
• API 570 Piping Inspector certification is mandatory.
• ISO 9712 UT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
• ISO 9712 MT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
• ISO 9712 RT Level 2 certification is mandatory.
• Proven supervisory experience in rope access operations.
• Excellent understanding of inspection codes, standards, and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in technical report writing and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in challenging environments and maintain a high level of safety awareness.
