Job Summary

• The Motion Graphics Designer will work closely with the marketing team, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities.
• The motion graphic designer will also research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Also, assist in designing and creating storyboards and participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Job Description

• Design motion graphics content for use across digital, and advertising channels
• Create captivating motion graphics, animations, and videos for various marketing materials such as websites, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure motion graphics are modern, innovative, and visually appealing.
• Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion graphics projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphics and videos.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance and improve motion graphics capabilities within the organization.

Requirement and Skills

• Proven motion graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other motion graphics
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have at least 3years experience as a graphic designer
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Ability to bring static designs to life through motion and animation.
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics, and animation techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animations.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation and video editing software.
