Description

• At EBA, we believe every frame, and animation should tell a compelling story.
• As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will transform ideas into visually engaging content that brings brands, campaigns, and stories to life across digital, social, PR, and experiential platforms.
• Working alongside our strategists, writers, designers, and media team, you'll create animations and illustrations that don't just look good but communicate, captivate, and leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, events, and brand activations.
• Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets that strengthen brand identity and storytelling.
• Animate logos, typography, infographics, and other visual elements for client and in-house projects.
• Collaborate with campaign strategists, content writers, videographers, and graphic designers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for animations and video content.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with each client's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Stay up to date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative tools.
• Optimize animations and illustrations for different digital platforms and formats.
• Revise and refine creative work based on feedback while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative development meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion graphics, illustration, or visual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant creative software. Experience with Premiere Pro, Blender, or Cinema 4D is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create original illustrations and adapt different illustration styles based on project needs.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality work.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, illustrations, and animation projects is required.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and digital-first design best practices is an added advantage.
