Motion Graphic Designer at Waya Multilink

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and field officers
• Build infographics pages for marketing
• Build 2D and 3D videos
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Build animation and explainer videos / images
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Work closely with the marketing and Sales
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Requirement and Skills

• Two to three years of experience in motion graphic design.
• BSc/ HND in Computer Science, Art/Graphics and related disciplines
• Experience with 2D, 3D and Adobe XD (web and mobile app design)
• Experience with Figma(web and mobile app design)
• Experience with illustrator*
• Understanding of Business branding methods
• Strong graphic design skills, Motion graphics, an eye for color schemes and palettes, layout skills, analytical skills, creativity, flexibility, close attention to detail, deadline-oriented, design software, etc
• Progamming and web development experience is a plus
