• We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team.
• As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating captivating motion graphics and visual effects that bring our projects to life.
• You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual content that engages our audience.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

• Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various projects, including videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards to effectively communicate ideas and messages.
• Animation and Production:
• Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality motion graphics.
• Ensure that animations are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project objectives.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, video producers, and content marketers, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Provide input and creative direction during brainstorming and planning sessions.

Deadline Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress and timely delivery.

Quality Control:

• Review and refine animations to ensure accuracy and consistency in design and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design.

Qualifications

• A certification in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
