The Motion Designer/Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics, video content, and supporting social media engagement efforts. You will ensure that the RenMoney brand is consistently and creatively expressed across all video and animation assets. Working closely with the Brand Manager, as well as the broader marketing team, you will deliver impactful videos and motion assets that drive engagement and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
Create engaging motion graphics, video edits, animations, and visual effects for digital and traditional media.
Produce videos for product launches, brand campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors on large-scale production projects.
Manage the video content strategy for social media and web platforms.
Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions.
Implement A/B testing for video campaigns to optimize performance.
Support the internal promotion of RenMoney’s culture through creative visual storytelling.
Any other tasks assigned by the Brand Manager.
Requirements
B.Sc. degree in any field
Minimum of 3 years of solid motion design and video editing.
Relevant certifications/qualifications in Motion Graphics, Video Production, or related fields.
Experience in graphic design and animation is an added advantage.
Experience in 3D is an added advantage
Technical knowledge & skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Ability to storyboard, script, and produce high-quality video content independently.
Understanding of video formats, codecs, compression techniques, and post-production processes.
Working knowledge of brand guidelines and how to creatively interpret them in video format.
Awareness of current trends in video content and social media.
Basic understanding of sound editing and color grading.
