Motion Designer at M365Connect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce captivating motion graphics and animations using Lottie files or Aftereffect for various digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, and promotional videos.
• Translate concepts and briefs into high-quality visual narratives, ensuring all animations align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create animated illustrations, character animations, and dynamic typographies that enhance our digital presence.
• Implement creative storytelling through motion design to effectively communicate complex messages in an engaging manner.
• Stay abreast of motion design trends and incorporate innovative techniques to maintain the freshness and relevance of our content.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Motion Designer with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of animation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, LottieFiles, or similar animation software, alongside foundational design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character design.
• Exceptional ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in converting static images to SVG or Vector format for animation purposes.
• Familiarity with motion design for social media platforms and understanding of how motion content performs across different channels.
• Familiarity on utilizing figma with Lottiefiles plugin
• A portfolio on Behance or similar platforms, highlighting both personal and professional experiments on making things move.
