Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer at ISOILAJ Social Development Initiative

Who Can Apply?

• Female applicants only – In line with our goal to promote gender equity in our team.

You MUST reside in or around:

•  Isolo, Oshodi, Okota, Ajao Estate, or nearby areas in Lagos (proximity to the office is very important).

Minimum Qualification:

• HND or BSc in any relevant field
•  NGO experience is not required (but it’s a nice bonus!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, monitoring, and evaluating program activities
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from field activities
• Support in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagements
• Work closely with field officers and program leads to ensure accurate tracking of impact

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Are willing to work in a grassroots, small-scale NGO and grow with it
• Are comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools (or are willing to learn!)
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
• Enjoy working in a team and engaging with communities
