The incumbent will assist in all the M&E activities.
The M&E Assistant will work as part of the state technical team and shall support the implementation of robust monitoring and evaluation systems at all program sites/facilities. The achievement of the project depends largely on periodic reporting of complete, accurate, excellent, and timely program service statistics to funders, state governments and other stakeholders.
S/he will guide/drive to achieve set targets through establishment of effective program Monitoring and Evaluation systems at all supported entities in the state.
Carry out tasks as maybe assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
University Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Public Administration or any related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting with Local or International NGOs; preferably in Care and treatment. Experience with NMRS, DHIS, DATIM and RADET reporting a plus.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access required.
Experience with data form design, collection, and data entry.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
Ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent personal communication skills, in written and verbal English, with high impact influencing and persuasive skills and able to represent the organization to donors and partners.
Good experience of using Ms. Word, Excel or applicable software related to position.
