Monitoring,Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Manager (NGO) at Hec Recruit

Job Description 
The position supports the development and implementation of the program's monitoring and evaluation strategy to ensure quality, timely, and accurate information in support of the implementation of the project activities. This position will support the review of proposals to ensure that core sector MEAL activities are adequately captured, as well as ensure project log frames are well designed in line with AYGF measurement standards.

Qualification 

• Master’s Degree in Statistics or Economics or Demography or Anthropology or Development  Planning or Social Work or Epidemiology or related subjects of similar scope
• 28 years old (indicate your age in your CV)
• Minimum of 5 years NGO experience 

Work Schedule 

• 5 times a week (8-5)
