Molder - Boat Building at Ola-Kleen Holdings Limited

Job Summary

The Molder will use a variety of hand and machine tools to shape, mold, cut, clamp and weld materials for the hull and other fittings . assembling pipework and other sections of the boat, such as the rigging and mast if it is a sailing vessel, or installing the engine. 

Qualifications / Experience

• bachelor’s degree/HND Mechanical Engineering (Production) or other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years boat molding experience, preferably within the Marine sector
• Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in composite boat building
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Technical:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
• experience in Quality Management oversight or process management will be an advantage

Non-Technical:

• Detail Oriented
• Physically strong
• Competent in the use of hand tools
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task
• Pro-active, adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges 

Salary Range

N150,000 – N200,000
