    Modern Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Create templates and review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
    • Prepare and file all tax related accounts
    • Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the organisation that will be integrated with master online spreadsheets that will broadcast on digital dashboard.
    • Prepare historical financial records by interviewing major departments for expenses
    • Reconciling bank settlements and bookkeeping ledgers
    • Prepare documentation for external auditors
    • Create online expense forms that will integrate with master sheets and further into digital dashboard
    • Donor organisation accounting – tracing donations to specific expenditures
    • KYF – Know your Funder
    • Handle different types of Disbursement (Grant, Loan, Line of Credit, Freehold Donation)
    • Creation of non-existent historical financials for various departments
    • Documentation of accounting procedures
    • Work with a digital dashboard and maintenance of dashboard
    • Creation and delivery of traditional accounting reports for potential Funding organisations, Tax authority, organisation stakeholders, and the general public
    • Creation of Budget accounting for NGO with income and expenditure data
    • Proficient with Google Docs, Google Drive, Hyperlinks, Dashboarding, Microsoft office suite, Setting zoom meetings, and cloud storage of data.

    Requirement

    Min of B.Sc. in Accounting
