Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Modeling Agency Coordinator located in Lagos.
• The Modeling Agency Coordinator will oversee daily operations, coordinate casting calls, communicate with models and clients, organize schedules, and manage bookings.
• They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring contracts are adhered to, and supporting the overall efficiency of the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in the modeling industry, recruitment and training
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with scheduling and logistics management
• Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Previous experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Competence in handling models is a plus
