    Modality Clinical Specialist – MRI

    Job Description Summary

    • You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality training to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of GE HealthCare MRI equipment, aiming to enhance image quality and clinical productivity.
    • This role involves conducting onsite and remote training sessions, developing educational materials, supporting events like exhibitions and user meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and travel policies.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct high quality Clinical Education training at customer sites, to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE HealthCare equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity.
    • Apply all procedures requested by Clinical Education management (Coordination process, visit preparation, Field Visit Report, Debrief, Customer Satisfaction Survey, etc.).
    • Pro-actively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant level in the organization.
    • Provide in-depth presentation and demonstration to the user for specific Products & Services.
    • Develop training presentations and content material and deliver classroom courses.
    • Provide support for congresses, road shows, exhibitions, and user meetings.
    • Provide remote education training support as a backup to the regular onsite training team.
    • Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policies and applicable laws and regulations.
    • Comply with the Travel and Expense policies accurately.
    • Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of the Quality Policy and documented processes

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or a related field, at least five years of MRI experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel extensively.
    • Practical experience in MRI modality
    • Ability to travel and be at customer sites 80% of the working time (annual average)
    • Proven expertise in MRI equipment, clinical workflows, and imaging applications.
    • Knowledge of GE HealthCare 's or competitor's MR products.
    • Fluent in English
    • Fluency in English and familiarity with GE HealthCare or competitor MRI systems are also required.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Excellent communication and training and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse clinical audiences.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex customer issues.
    • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and service teams.
