    Customer Service Relations Personnel

    Description 
    Employee's will be required to:

    • Answer phone calls courteously
    • Guide guests and issues guest badges
    • Handle client complaints
    • File documents
    • Maintain schedules
    • Plan business travel
    • Refill office supplies
    • Receive deliveries
    • Respond to customers' querries

    Applicants should possess the following skills;

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in computer programs
    • Planning and organizing abilities
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with different groups of people
    • Multitasking abilities
    • Efficient time management skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • 0 - 2 years work experience.
