Mobile Developer at GVA Partners

Our client, a system integration company requires the service of highly skilled Mobile developers to join the Engineering team. You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain high quality mobile applications. Applicants are expected to have experience using front-end technologies, develop mobile apps that use web services and possess basic design ability Including knowledge of UI/UX and prototype design.
Responsibilities

• As a Mobile developer, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Create, maintain, and implement the source code to develop mobile apps and mobile platform programs that meet the needs and requirements of the clients using the computer programming languages.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Design interfaces to improve user experience
• Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Requirements/Experience

• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Mobile development.
• Experience in both IOS/Android development using Swift and Kotlin
• Front-end technology: Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery and LESS
• Knowledge of Android / iOS Frameworks.
• Basic design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and prototype design
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies: Azure, GCP etc
• Experience in Agile/DevOps
• Experience in MongoDB and Azure SQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, jQuery.
