Job Summary

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender/Mixologist to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and ensure a positive experience.
• Develop and create a diverse and appealing menu of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages.
• Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and suggest suitable beverages and drinks based on preferences.
• Engage with customers, and create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Process payments from customers, including cash, and credit cards.
• Clean chairs, counters, and areas between customers and set them up for the next group of patrons. This includes clearing and cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and arranging the bar area.
• Ensure that each beverage is expertly prepared, garnished, and presented to meet high-quality standards.
• Select and source premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and garnishes to use in cocktail recipes.
• up-sell available food and drink items in stock.
• Communicate with the waitress to take and attend to customers' orders in a correct and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and make customers feel welcome and comfortable during their lounge experience.
• Listen to the customer's concerns, and find a solution that satisfies both the customer and the establishment.
• Be accurate and detail-oriented, and ensure that all payments are accounted for and deposited correctly.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that customers have a seamless experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Follow and achieve the company’s goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Comply with all procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
