Duties and Responsibilities
Beverage Crafting:

• Prepare a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Creatively develop and experiment with new drink recipes that showcase innovation and uniqueness.
• Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on preferences and occasions.

Bar Operations:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the bar, including timely drink preparation and service.

Guest Engagement:

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Provide insight into the preparation and ingredients of various drinks, engaging guests in conversations about mixology.

Menu Development:

• Collaborate with the management team to design and update the beverage menu, taking into consideration seasonal trends and guest preferences.

Quality and Presentation:

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end hotel or similar establishment.
