Mill Mechanical Supervisor at Raedial Farms

Job Responsibilities

• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Ensure the safe use of equipment’s and schedule regular maintenance
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Technical Engineering or similar fields
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanic repairs and installations
• Must be a self starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm location
• Proven experience as production supervisor, preferably in an oil palm processing mill.
