We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Licensing and Billing Specialist with practical knowledge, deep understanding, and technical know-how in Microsoft 365 licensing. The ideal candidate will have experience applying these licenses and a background in working with the Microsoft billing team. If you don’t have hands-on experience working directly with the Microsoft Billing Team, this role may not be the best fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing for the organization.
Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements and policies.
Provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft 365 licensing issues.
Collaborate with the Microsoft billing team to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Monitor and analyze licensing usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 licensing changes and updates.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Microsoft 365 licensing and billing processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 licensing and billing.
Practical knowledge and deep understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models.
Experience working with the Microsoft billing team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, Associate, or Expert).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
