Microsoft 365 Licensing and Billing Specialist at M365Connect

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Licensing and Billing Specialist with practical knowledge, deep understanding, and technical know-how in Microsoft 365 licensing. The ideal candidate will have experience applying these licenses and a background in working with the Microsoft billing team. If you don’t have hands-on experience working directly with the Microsoft Billing Team, this role may not be the best fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing for the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements and policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft 365 licensing issues.
• Collaborate with the Microsoft billing team to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze licensing usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 licensing changes and updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Microsoft 365 licensing and billing processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 licensing and billing.
• Practical knowledge and deep understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models.
• Experience working with the Microsoft billing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, Associate, or Expert).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
