Reports To: Acting Director Admin/HRM
Function: Pick up and carry messages, packages and other items to specific locations.

Job Description

• Determining which packages and documents are to be picked up or delivered and verifying the destination addresses.
• Obtaining signatures, appropriate documentation items picked up or delivered.
• Completing required paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail within a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Possession of ordinary National Diploma is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to multitask and should be versatile and energetic to perform task and duties efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
