Merchandising Stylist at 360 Creative Innovation Hub

Job Description:

• Greeting clients and visitors as needed
• Styling consultation for clients who need assistance
• Identify clients needs and help them find clothing items that fir their body, taste and preference
• Create complete looks from head to toe to match customer’s style
• Offer personalized styling tips
• Recommend clothing items that complement clients outfits
• Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks
• Maintain friendly and cordial relationships with loyal customers names, sizes, preferences.
• Provide details of clothing items such as type of fabric, wash care, instructions, proces and discounts.
• Coordinate with photographs, make up artists, hair stylists and other industry professionals for looks for clients
• Organize wardrobes and outfits for photo shoots or events
• Keep track of latest trends
• Maintain partnerships with brands, magazine publications and other retailers or wholesalers
• Coordinate shooting locations, themes and styles
• Develop new factors and objectives in accordance with trends and in line with Company
• Develop exclusive styles for the brand

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in any course
• 1-2 years’ experience as a stylist, retail stylist or similar role in the industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/ Excel & Adobe, Publisher
• Knowledge of inventory management (Stocking)
• Warm Personality and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision in fast paced environments
• Understanding of consumer behaviour and retails sales process
• Must have high integrity
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Familiar with material safety
• Should have certification in styling, & fashion trends
• Ability to create looks for different styles, occasion, season and body type.
• Physically fit, able to work long hours on one’s feet-
• Up-to-date with all fashion trends
