Merchandiser at PachaMama Foods

Job Description

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of all PachaMama Foods products, the company, and FAQs.
• Work with the sales team to create and implement effective in-store and outdoor merchandising strategies and plans that meet the needs of customers and drive sales growth.
• Send daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to team lead Merchandiser.
• Seek other sales opportunities for Pachamama products like other stores and sales outlets.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately on the shelves.
• Collect customer details and encourage customers to be part of the company health club and database.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into merchandising strategies and plans.
• Foster strong relationships with store management and personnel to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans and programs.
• Participate in activation and Marketing activities of the company.
• Collaborate with stores account officer/contact person to raise new orders and follow up with payments.
• Track product inventory levels, report any issues of expiry or shortages to management.
• Meet Sales target as will be assigned.
