MEP Supervisor at Basscomm Group Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise  Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple locations. 
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQS, material submissions, proposals.
• Supervise and direct internal maintenance technicians and monitor daily task execution.
• Identify and resolve MEP related technical issues promptly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems including electrical installations, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, water sewage plant,  HVAC, drainage, fire protection, power distribution, lighting systems and building utilities.
• Excellent project coordination, site supervision, contractor management, quality control, troubleshooting and commissioning skills with the ability to identify technical faults and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong reporting, cost-control, documentation, safety-compliance and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidates should possess Bsc/HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
• 2-4 years proven in MEP systems coordination, project supervision, facilities engineering and technical systems installations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design tools
• Must have practical experience managing MEP works on commercial and infrastructural projects with strong knowledge of drawings interpretation, site execution, testing, commissioning, contractor and technicians supervision.
