MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Responsibilities
- Preparation of interim valuations, applications, contractual notifications & claims
- Assistance to the project manager / commercial manager with drafting of contractual letters.
- Defending the valuations, variations and claims with Client and Consultants.
- Contractual advice for the project manager and the technical team.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised University
- Master's degree is a plus
- Professional Qualifications / certificates in Quantity Surveying
- Solid experience with FIDIC and JCT contracts.
- High-level communication skills
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in similar positions in reputable organizations.
- Experience with MEP and large building projects.
- Previous experience in Africa / Emerging countries is a plus
