To drive consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the country and in assigned key accounts by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while growing the existing business for Bayer Pharma and Bayer Consumer Health portfolio.

Qualifications Required
A tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Sales, Marketing or Business.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Prior experience in market pharmacy & hospital environment is an advantage and preferred.
Strong sales track record and evidence of delivering on targets consistently
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to engage, collaborate and influence at all organizational and management levels.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
